Smart set black sleeveless wrap skirt mini dress with white contrast trim LBD

I've had this sitting in my closet for years and only used it for a short stint working as a server (was not for me!). I guess it's vintage now? Lol! CLASSIC, comfortable, mini that isn't too revealing. The material isn't itchy or plastic-y and it stretches. white panel at the waist so it looks like a belt - look snatched!
