Smeet black leather & elastic sock Daisychain sneakers, EU40/US7.5, EUC

I discovered Smeet sneakers in the late teens and loved them so much I bought 3 pairs. This particular pair, dubbed the Daisychain, was in men's sizing, and it fits my size 9.5 feet wider than the women's size 40, so my toes end up sliding to the end. I wore them only once for a couple of hours. These will work best for a wider women's size 9 or men's size 7. Aside from the clean, minimalist design, the footbed feels like it's custom made for my feet, and I can walk around in my Smeet sneakers all day. This sock sneaker features a matte leather and wide elastic strap cage over a stretchy sock bootie, with a rear zip. They have a distinctly architectural flair, and I appreciate the minimalist aesthetic. The white soles are lightweight, but dense and durable - stamped Live Tech on the bottom, they feel like Vibram, and the other 2 pairs I've been wearing have held up really well, showing virtually no wear. Unfortunately, I can't find much info on this company now, other than an Instagram page that stopped posting in late 2019. The shoes are made in Italy, but the website was hosted in Monaco. I would definitely be buying these shoes again if only I could find them!
