Smiley Flower Toy with Blue Petals and Green Strm

NWT Happy Smiley Flower Toy with Yellow Face, Blue Petals, and Green Stem. The stem contains a wire so that it is bendable/shapeable and there is a gold loop on the back of the flower so that you can hang it. Flower head measures approximately 9” across. Total length measures approximately 27.5”. Has been stored in cedar closet so smells like cedar.
