Smocked Chiffon Bridesmaid Dress

This midi dress displays a black double layered chiffon skirt with a smocked waist into thick fully adjustable tie straps. This adaptable dress allows you to go from strapless, halter to double straps. Or maybe you just want to it as a skirt, just fold down the top and boom a classy skirt.
