Smocked High Neck Pleated Maxi Dress

Only worn a couple times, very good used condition. Beautiful blue colour with shine to it, great for a party! Size is size 2 but there’s a lot of stretch to the waist- laying flat waist is 12 inches across but can stretch out to approx.15 inches laying flat so I would consider this more of a size 4 or size 6. See pictures for approximate measurements and use your judgment if this would work for you. No zipper- button closure at neck.
