Smocked Off the Shoulder Mini Summer Dress

This dress comes in a cheery red with a prairie flower print vibe. The smocking is finished around the edges with ruffles that are darling. The fabric is extremely soft and seems like it would be cool. This is in like new condition. The smocking has a lot of stretch to it.
