Smocked Top Floral Maxi Dress

Brand new pretty floral brown and beige maxi dress. Top of dress is stretchy, fits large but would fit medium size also. Shaffon material with built in slip underneath, sleeves are slightly see through. Sleeves are full length but can be adjusted to sit 3/4 length.
