Smoked tunic dress

Voluminous, A-line tunic in airy, woven cotton fabric with a gathered, double-layered stand-up collar. V-shaped opening at front with narrow ties at top. Long balloon sleeves with smocked upper section and smocked cuffs with pearlescent buttons. Smocked lower section and wide, gathered tier at hem for added movement. Lining in airy, woven cotton fabric.
