Smoking Lily Kapow (navy with dots)

Size small (fits a 4-6) Smoking Lily Kapow dress in a Japanese cotton. Navy with blue dots. Elastic waist, pockets! Really a perfect dress (I have 5 for sale! Look at my closet for the others). 18” pit to pit, waist (flat) is 14” fully stretched (or thereabout, it’s hard to measure). About 38” shoulder to hem. Best for someone with somewhat of a bust :)
