New with tags. Designed and sewn in Victoria BC 🇨🇦 This soft burgundy dress has a cowl neck, half sleeves and side pockets. Cotton and lycra so hand washable in cold water. The fit is smaller than a traditional XL and I always hoped it would fit me. Flat measurements in inches 19.5 pit to pit, 20 at the hip and 39.5 from the hem to the neck.
