Beautiful stylish dress, deep blue background with light blue floral pattern. Canadian made, designed, sewn and silk-screened in Victoria, BC, by small, earth-conscious company. Thick, cosy cotton fabric has added lycra to give a flattering fit. Deep side pockets. Worn only twice, in excellent condition.
