Smoking Lily striped Lucy skirt. Size S or XS - tag has an x written beside “small”. I’m not sure if this was to tick off the “small” size, or to indicate it was an extra small. I don’t see an XS currently offered as a size on their website. Flat lay waist measurement, unstretched: aprx 12”. Fully stretched: aprx 19”. So would fit up to 38" waist. Waist is elastic. EUC. A-line skirt, pleated. Navy/black and white stripes. Cotton, but the weave has an airy linen feel. Interior pockets along the seams.
