@juliedagga Hello, the hips are 16 inches approximately and the upper thighs are 10 inches approximately (just below crotch area) and taper down to 9.25 inches approximately. There is some stretch, but no elastic in the material, so it must be from how the material was cut. There is no stretch in the waist though because the waist is lined with a different material. Hope that helps 🙂
