Heels are durable, they won't get dinged up, since they are not patent leather, but a stronger material to resist heel scuffs. A quality pair! All items (except for most accessories and most footwear and all items with tags) are washed and cleaned. In the case of dry clean only items, they are taken in, only if there really is a need for it.
