Soft Navy Blue Flowy Dress

This soft dress has lovely feminine touches in the sleeves and at the bottom to accentuate our own natural lines! Small buttons can be done up to the top or undone to create different necklines, encased by small pleats in the front. The skirt flows out from the waistline to create a long-line look, just to the knee or so. This dress is great for a casual summer day, or a business look too!
