Soft blue silky ruffle blouse by Zara

Zara blouse with beautiful drape. Light blue. Polyester. Ties at cuffs. When I bought it I didn't notice it had a button missing so I placed a tiny safety pin which is not visible at all cos the ruffles cover it. Works beautifully with jeans and office wear, skirts and shorts. Sad to list this one but I don't do well with poly. This is an easy wash and wear top.
