Soft, light, black sweatshirt with low back and neon cross-cross bands, Sz 3XL

Torrid sweatshirt in a light sweatshirt material with lots of stretch. Back goes into low V and has neon, stripped elastics, cross-crossing down. Very fun and cute, part of their athletic line, but great to wear as a cute top too. Excellent used condition.
