Soft periwinkle blue short Grecian style chiffon midi dress with tie waist scarf

This dress reminds me of something a starlet would wear in an era tone by. It’s so simple and sweet, the chiffon like fabric is soft and the length hits about the knee, depending on height. This dress has a v-neck in the front and a faux tie waist that appears to be made of organza ribbon. There is a zipper the length of the back top portion of the bodice. The bottom half has a soft chiffon like skirt with delicate pleating. I would like to call this colour a periwinkle blue but please note the varying screens, which encourages a slight difference in colour. This dress is a beauty!
