Soft stretchy one-of-a-kind tunic by Joyce Seppala Designs

A wonderful drapey stretchy piece with lace details and a ‘destructed’ cowl neck - lots of visual interest in this easy to wear, lightweight, packable top. The tag does not say what the fabric is, but it is something soft and light that stretches and feels lovely. The length ranges from ~21 to ~31; pit to pit measurement is shown in the photos (flat lay, not stretched). Tag is marked small, but this top would likely also fit a medium.
