Soft white lace skirt

This is a very beautiful skirt the overall colour is off-white but it does have the yellow tule at the bottom so it looks a little yellow from the hip down very soft and beautiful material can be worn on it’s own depending on how it is styled or use underneath to layer And give other shirts more volume the skirt has. I size tag please see measurements Measurement length 24.4 inches Hip 16“ Waist 12 inches waist waist stretches to about 15.5 inches This is a vintage item so there is some wear to the item. at the top of the skirt the elastic has some wear to it There a small tear on the side of garment you can hardly see it but I will take pictures to note. it is see-through from the waist to the hip it does have yellow and white tule underneath from the hip down to the end of the skirt. And the yellow tule has no finished stitching please see pictures Nevertheless the skirt is beautiful and unique
