Comfortable Measurements taken laying flat: Inseam: 23 inches Width at pant bottom: 12.5 inches Rise: 12 inches Waist: 13 inches Bought in France and they are wonderful Could not find tag for “Hotel Particulier” but so I used “Reformation”
