Elasticized laces. If you know Softinos you know how comfy they are. Note: due to the sock type liner these are tough to pull on if you have a very high instep like I do. seejsee When you say " tough to pull on" do you mean sitting down it takes several minutes of struggle even with thin socks?

shoegaldg @seecjc specifically if you have a very high instep only. I struggle with certain styles of shoes and boots due to this so I always note it in my listings. If you don’t struggle with any of your other shoes. In this way you are likely to be fine.

seejsee I have a high arch and suspect ( but a not sure ) that I have a high instep as well - I have the Farah Softino size 37 and love them but they have a zipper. As well, have acquired orthotics so need to be able to get them in the boot before I put my foot in it ( so to speak )....but these are a 38 so hope they are big enough. Your footwear collection truly is amazing!

shoegaldg @seecjc thank/you for the kind comment- I am a shoe person for sure. These may not be the best for you then. I have a high arch and instep and these are just more effort than I’d like. Softinos are a great shoe- I have at least 5 other pairs- lol
