pgburnett @premerald Hello, from neck seam to end is 17 inches and the neck is eight inches. It is very tiny girth wise and 12 pounds would be maximum Imho. I hope this helps. If you are familiar with this brand you know it is top quality☮️

premerald @pgburnett my dog is a rat terrier but looks a lot like an IG, length would fit but he does have the barrel chest and about 16 lbs so I think it would be too tight around maybe? too bad. He hardly has any hair 😂

If I find it it I will for sure let you know. 💕 With regard to the fish pitcher, that one, there’s not much wiggle room on price as it is a vintage piece and may be somewhat valuable. But I could cancel the order and send an offer on it,it would be 42 and the dress 19 so the total offer would be 61 with 9.99 shipping. If that doesn’t work you and if you could find something around 26-34 dollars in my closet I’m happy to send 😊
