Soleil summer dress - Size Medium

Soleil summer dress - Size Medium There is no size tag on this dress but based on my measurements it is a size Medium. I bought this dress from Poshmark but unfortunately it is too small for me so I am reposhing it. I think someone shortened the straps before also. Please note the photos. I have taken this into account with my pricing. PTP 17” but there is also stretch to this dress. There is no material tag inside.
