Vintage handmade double heart pendant made of real solid 10 karat gold (yellow gold). With securely prong set faceted blue sapphire stone. The sapphire is natural, Earth mined. It can sparkle a bit in direct sunlight. In excellent condition. Stamped 10 K on the side of the bail, and was also professionally tested by a jeweller on their high end metal spectrometer.
