Solid 10K Gold Vintage Heart Pendant With Natural Earth Mined Diamond

Vintage minimalist open heart pendant with one natural Earth mined diamond. Made of real solid 10 karat yellow gold. In excellent condition. Stamped 10 K and has either a makers mark, or a diamond mark. Was also professionally tested and confirmed by my jeweller. Similar to Tiffany & Co. Paloma Picasso open heart pendants, it can be worn loosely on a chain, or secured with a loup, as shown in the last two pictures. (the chain shown is not included).
