Solid 10k genuine Freshwater pearl ring with hearts size 6

I think I would have bought this at Ben Moss but it’s only stamped 10k There is some discoloration at the top of the 2 hearts “encasing” the pearl. Barely visible to the naked eye and not visible in pix, but I indicated where that would be Freshly polished The pearl measures approx 5mm diameter Size 6
