Antique (possibly Victorian ?) open heart pendant, handmade. With one natural diamond of good quality and two natural deep pink rubies. Delicate and feminine. Solid 14 karat gold, stamped on the back (partially visible, only "4" and "K" are readable). Also, both the gold purity and the stones authenticity were professionally tested and confirmed by a jeweller. In very good condition. 1.5 cm long.
