Solid stone carved Dragon Offspring Monster Pi-Xiu sculpture money + protection

A nicely hand carved and polished stone statuette of the mythical beast, Dragon Offspring Monster Pi-Xiu, also known as Pi Yao; a prominent mythical creature in Chinese culture. It's often referred to as a "Dragon Offspring Monster" due to its legendary status as the ninth son of the Dragon King and its fierce, hybrid appearance combining features of a dragon and a lion. Pixiu carvings and figurines are widely used in Feng Shui to enhance financial luck and provide protection. They are often placed in homes or businesses to draw in wealth and deter negative influences. The stone is a dark grey base with blood red and lighter grey flecks, mostly to the back of the beast.
