Comes with original shoe box. Purchased as new from store, but it was on display, and has been tried in by other customers. Since purchased, only tried in a few times at home. Never worn outside (since purchased). Signs of wear: - minor creasing - dust on sole - 2 brown colored minor scratches / color transfer on right shoe Rubber sole and leather everywhere else. Unique design.

hatsune_yuki @patriciawhit134 based on my measurement, it is 4” heel. Please see new picture attached in case it is usually measured differently. Based on personal experience, it is true to size.

hatsune_yuki @patriciawhit134 if anything, this may run larger rather than smaller. My mom normally wears a 8.5-9, and this 8.5 fits her.
