@basi2555 exactly. Buyer’s remorse. Buyer wanted to cancel purchase after 3 items were shipped and before she even received them. She’s upset that she could not cancel. If she was unhappy, why didn’t she open case? Because she would lose. Buyer is blocked. Clear case of buyer’s remorse.
