Sony PlayStation2 slim console with call of duty 2 big red one working condition

Sony PlayStation2 slim console with call of duty 2 big red one. Comes with one controller but it is missing a prong (see pic) and does not work properly. Console works perfectly (see video). Comes with power cable and video cable. Call of duty 2 big red one game works excellent. Also included, Shrek Superslam but it does not consistently work. Let me know if you have any questions.
