New with tags, no major flaws seen. They do show evidence of being tried on in the store with slight scuffs to rubber and dust on bottoms. Lovely, pink and black rubber heeled Chelsea boots with elastic panels and pull tabs. Leather uppers and rubber soles makes them waterproof. Size 7.5. Heel is approx. 3.5".
