BNIB Soto Massini Terzettos Milano ballet flats in the colour black, size 36 (size 5-6). Billed as "the world's most comfortable sneaker disguised as a ballerina flat", these soft Italian leather shoes from Milan have a removable suede memory foam insert that will conform to your foot to make it feel like you're wearing comfortable sneakers all day! You could also put custom orthotics in these shoes. There is also a delicate metal charm at the back of each shoe. Each pair of shoes comes with 2 white shoe bags with the Soto Massini logo, a silver carrying/travel case, and the original shoebox. Check out my closet for a nude colour pair of these as well.
