radfordbn @culiar Yes the dress is still available, it does come with a garment bag the dress was worn once. When doing a second look over on the dress there is no rips tears but when looking at the embroidery and natural light one of the leaves may have got a little dirty will add in pictures

radfordbn At the waist it’s 38 inches and bust 43. I did take the measurements off the dress while it was hanging so there might be an inch inches lead way between it.
