Spandex skull maxi skirt. Silky, stretchy, very unique, very long 1-2XL

Very very long. At 5’2, it goes from my toes to my underarms. Spandex cotton blend, mostly spandex. Has an unseamed waistline. Had some strange holes as seen in pic high up on the waist that it can be hidden. Not sure why they’re there. I love it but I’m too short to wear it without it dragging on the ground so maybe someone taller can love it too.
