Spanner picnic plaid /gringham blue + white creped midi skirt with lace. Size 10

Fun summer picnic plaid / gringham midi skirt with creped texture. Has a second tier at the bottom divided by a ribbon and bow. Bottom tier has more of a flow and top appears to be fitting ( Or supposed to be fitted) Lining under has a peekaboo lace bottom which sticks out of the bottom of the skirt. Zipper in back with a hook eye closure. The skirt does have some spots in the back just before the ribbon and a small stain on the inside near the zipper. Size 10 Waist 16" Hips 20.5 Length 27" ( 2" is the lace frill) Measurements are approximate and item measured laying flat If you need more info or pictures send me a message
