Sparkling faux diamond heart on 17-1/2 chain, both sterling

The pretty hear, with one large stone framed by many smaller one, is about 3/4 inch long, including the embossed bail. Both chain and pendant are marked 925 along with a maker's mark (C and A, with a symbol in between). All in great shape.
