Since SHEIN sizing is not actually equivalent to North American Standard (US) in the conversion, what is the actual size?

And also the heels look way higher in your last pic than in the 1st pic by about a 1/2 to 1 inch or so so that may not be an accurate stock pic (last). Perhaps advise height of heels please.
