Sparkly Green and Black Patterned Circle Skirt size XS

This bright skirt is a beautiful vintage find from Fashion Village. Although tag says size Medium, it has a tiny waist (see water bottle for reference) and the elastic allows about an extra small in my experience. It is unlined, and missing various sequins, but still a very fun piece to wear.
