Sparkly Special Occasion Dress - NWT

Really pretty sparkly dress in a pull on style. Lots of stretch to the fabric. The base colour is black with silvery and blue metallic threading throughout. Lightweight chiffon type fabric fully lined. Dress has pockets. The size tag says 18-20 which is about a 2X based on the manufacturer website. The condition is brand new with tags and never worn. Lovely dress for the holidays or other special occasion. The lay flat measurements are pit to pit of 22" waist of 18 to 20" and the skirt length is 31" from waist to hem.
