Sparkly Top - Sheer Hem - Black with Sparkle - NWT - Size S - Mandy Evans

This dressy top has multi-coloured sparkles and a nylon hem. It's NWT but I discovered a mark/stain on the nylon in the front, see photos. In my opinion, it's not very noticeable and if you wanted to you could remove the nylon hem.
