Spartina 449 vintage blue and beige cotton purse. Spartina originated in South Carolina and it’s name is from the grass the grows throughout. Only the best cotton is used. No damage or fading. The mermaid is it’s mascot from history as people often thought they were seeing mermaids when in actuality it was a dolphin etc.
