Spats (for a pipeband outfit)

Spats - velcro - (12” high at the back, x 10” wide @ foot, 4 3/4” @ calf). Back of calf to front 3 1/2”. I wear a size 7 ladies shoe. Fits my calf but a little large on my feet. My dad was a size 8/9 men’s shoe and they were good on him. Unisex for a pipe band band
