Special Occasion dress

Ursula of Switzerland dress, thin straps with long sleeved open front top to wear over. Very unique design with multiple overlapping layers to skirt, uneven bottom edge, sequin detail. Very floaty to wear. Knee to just below knee length (on a 5’5” person).
