These are a true vintage 70’s Culotte . This label is French or Belgian . Belonged to my friend’s mom who was world traveler and loved all things fashion . These are in immaculate condition. High waist with a side button and zip closure. Slant front pockets. Full billowy leg that hangs perfectly. They fit very small . Wish they fit me .
