Spell Celestial dress size large (medium)

Gorgeous Celestial dress by Spell and the Gypsy. New with tags. Cross cross back and zip closure. So flirty! But runs small for a large! I would say this would be a better fit for a medium. See flat measurements below: Pit2Pit: 17 (I was able to stretch to 19) Waist: 15 (I was able to stretch to 18) Length: 32 Colour of item may vary slightly from pics due to differences in device screens and lighting. I reuse packaging as much as possible in order to reduce waste.
