Spirit Halloween Rave Boot Covers Green Festival Costume Cosplay

These were never used and come with original tags. The tag is creased and worn from storage. Please see all photos for exact item.  The bootcovers are approximately 21" long from top to bottom. They are about 11" wide at the bottom measured laying flat. And about 5" wide at the top when measured laying flat as well.
