Splendid wide leg cropped high rise pants

Super flattering wide leg cropped pants. These Splendid pants are light cotton fabric with a white background and various patterns of blue stripes running vertically down the legs. The waist is an elastic in the same fabric with the stripes running horizontal and a small ruffle running around the bottom of the elastic portion.
