Do they have elastic around the waist or they just can be adjusted with the tie? Are they true to size medium? Also, can you tell me what material is? Is it stretchy?

@dumitruchris68 they don’t have an elastic but a zipper that runs down the side. They are not stretchy and it is a very thick material
